This plugin gives some basic extra commands, they're not used very often,
but who cares, the /wallchan is probably the most useful since it saves
you from having to remember the channel name. ;-)

These all use NOTICE rather than PRIVMSG, and queue the lines so you can't
flood off. They also send to 8 people at a time to save bandwidth.
