requirments:

  You need to have FTPmount installed, which i have included in this archive.  
  Amirc, and of course an Amiga on the Internet.
  
what it does:

  basically it is a little script to get files off aminet, from inside amirc.  
  without having to go to the hassle of loading up the likes of AMftp etc.

installation:
 
 First of all you need to install FTPmount, read the .guide file for 
 instructions on this.

 copy ftp.amirx to amirc:rexx/ftp.amirx
 
 edit this file, using ED or something, and fill in the download path according 
 to your FTPmount settings. 

 load up amirc, type /alias /ftp /rx ftp.amirx %p
 
 
Usage:

  say you want to get yam.lha which is in comm/mail/ on aminet.

  you would then type /ftp aminet:pub/aminet/comm/mail/yam.lha.  The script will then connect
  to aminet, copy this file to your HD to the drawer you have specified from 
  installation.
