Whenever you get news with Thor, it also gets a list of new newsgroups
on your news server and presents these as an article in a conference
called Information, as well as adding them to the main conference list.

Unfortunately you then have to wait for the full list to load into
memory (over 20,000 groups with my provider) before you can join one
of the new ones.

This script presents the newsgroups from the current information
message in a listview, and creates a join event for the one you
select. Assigning it to a function key means you can join new
groups almost instantly.
