This is an official release of GPFax 2.342 update patches.

There are two patch file available.


GPF2342G.lha	Updates GPFax generic version 2.341 27/6/93 to 2.342
GPF2342S.lha	Updates GPFax SUPRA version 2.341 27/6/93 to 2.342

GPFax MUST have been patched to 2.341 version BEFORE applying this patch.

Obtain the correct version and patch a COPY of your original program or
harddrive installed program.



This patch fixes a small problem when producing hardcopy of faxes.

Problem:  Under WB2 and higher, GPFax sometimes locked up when attempting to
	  print hardcopy of faxes after viewing from the Display/Print function.
	  This problem was caused by slight incompatibility between GPFax and
	  Commodore's IPREFS program whereby the Amiga would load the incorect
	  printer driver set in preferences under some conditions.

Fixed.

ENSURE YOU ARE WORKING WITH A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL PROGRAM.

Actual patch files are

	G2342.pch	to patch gpfax generic class 2, version 2.341
	S2342.pch	to patch gpfax SUPRA version 2.341

To apply the patch, execute the following line from the CLI

	Copy GPFax:GPFAX to RAM:

	CD RAM:

	lpatch -oGPFax2342 -p<patchname> GPFax

This will create the new version of GPFax 2.342 as file GPFax2342. 
Then copy the file GPFax2342 to your GPFAX: directory as GPFax.

	copy GPFax2342 to GPFAX:GPFax 


If you cannot update your version of GPFax, please specifically check
the version number.  GPFax sold by Supra as a stand alone product is
usually the GENERIC version NOT the SUPRA version.

If you still cannot update your version, you may return your original disk
to us plus $25 and we will update your disk and return by air mail postage.
