SendSerial is a little program which sends command to the modem and
waits for the result ("OK", "BUSY", "CONNECT", "ERROR", etc.). I wrote
it to initialize my modem in a batch file and to assure that it is
ready, but it can also be used to dial a phone number.
There are several options, which allow you to use it with other, than
the built-in serial port.
