Counter  to  control  time and cost of local & Infovia phone
calls in Spain (with August rates)

Lets limit the time or conection cost.

Requires MUIRexx and MUI, of course.

Lets control MIAMI automaticly (recomended)

At the moment the program texts are in spanish only.
And only currently spanish rates are usable.

Resumen: TIMOcount V1.43- Contador/Facturador telefónico automático

Contador que permite controlar el tiempo y costo de llamadas
locales y a Infovia en España (con la tarifa de Agosto)

Permite limitar el tiempo o costo de la conexión.

Requiere  MUIRexx y por tanto MUI.  Puede controlar el MIAMI
de forma automática (recomendable).

De momento el programa esta solo en castellano.
Y solo puede usarse la actual tarifa de Telefónica en España.

1.41 -> 1.43: Pequeña corrección en el color de un texto
              Añadidas  dos  opciones  de  configuración  al
               panel principal
              Añadido  un menú de Facturación que muestra el
               fichero de reporte
