TS-Wetter is a small utility I wrote.
It scans the website http://wetter.tagesschau.de for videos
and streams the actual weather-forecast using mplayer.


Installation:
=============
Simply extract the Archive anywhere on your System. It just contains one file.

After the first start it creates a config-file called envarc:ts-wetter.config
you may edit it with your favorite text-editor.

Editing the config:
===================
It consists of three lines.
The first line discribes the quality of the Video and may contain one of the following numbers:
1    Low quality (h264)
2    medium quality (h264)
3    medium quality (WebM)
4    High Quality (h264)

The second Line contains the path to wget and its options
For Example: C:WGet -quiet

The third Line contains the path to mplayer and its Options
For Example C:Mplayer -fs

Deutsche Anleitung

TS-Wetter (Steht für Tagesschau-Wetter) ist ein kleines Programm,
welches die Internetseite http://wetter.tagesschau.de nach Videos scant
und die aktuelle Wettervorhersage mit MPlayer streamt.

Installation:
=============
Entpacken Sie einfach das Archiv irgendwo auf Ihrer Festplatte. Es enthält nur eine Datei!

Nach dem ersten Start wird ein die Datei EnvArc:ts-wetter.config erzeugt, welche Sie
bei Bedarf im Nachhinein mit einem Text-Editor ändern können:

Sie besteht aus nur 3 Zeilen:
Die erste Zeile gibt die Videoqualität an, die gestreamt werden soll:
1    Schlechte Qualität (h264)
2    Mittlere Qualität (h264)
3    Mittlere Qualität (WebM)
4    Hohe Qualität (h264)

Die zweite Zeile gibt den Pfad sowie die Optionen für Wget an.
Zum Beispiel: C:Wget -q

Die dritte Zeile gibt den Pfad sowie die Optionen für MPlayer an.
Zum Beispiel: C:mplayer -fs -q

Das ist schon alles.
