BBS programs (amoung others) generally only know how to talk to modems
hooked up to a serial port on the Amiga.  telnetd.device is a serial.device
look-a-like that allows BBS programs to accept telnet connections over a
network.

telnetd.device requires:

1) WorkBench 2.04 or higher

2) One of the following protocol stacks:

   a) AS225 Release 2 (prefered)

   b) AmiTCP version 2 or higher

3) Some form of network connection. :-)

telnetd.device is being released as shareware.  This version of the device
has several restrictions.  See the docs for more information.
