Golden Emerod ChatLog ASCII v1.0

This is an optional Log plugin for Golden Emerod Pro irc bot.
The Log that comes with Emerod creates html output. This one creates
ascii text output.

Copy Log.emrx to your emerod/cmd/ directory in place of the existing
Log.emrx file.
