This is MorphOS native port of FTPMount-handler based on work by
Evan Scott, Thies Wellpott, Martin R. Elsner and Rudolph Riedel.

The MorphOS native port has existed over a year but was never released
until now. To install PPC native handler simply copy it over an existing
68k handler. To find out how to use install and use ftpmount please take
a look into original archive.

Original sources with MorphOS changes are included in the archive. The
port is not necessarily perfect since for some reason I wanted to avoid
linking against libnix. Today I would link it against libnix but I'm too
lazy to fix sources.
