I wrote this little tool out of frustration over the fact that
my ISP provider only supports dynamic IP's, so every time I connect to
them, the give me a new IP, before i wrote this tool, I had to press down 
the right mouse button to pause the mail dail script, so that I could get
a glimse at my IP and write it down. But now those days are over! After
havind started your dailer, just run this program and Voila!
