Wget buildt with ssl support. 

Notes:
Configured to use random-file in /etc/randfile and not checking for certificates trough /etc/wgetrc.
 
Requires:
* Ixemul/ixnet v48.3
* http://amiga.sourceforge.net/OpenSSL/ 0.9.7e! Not 0.9.7.c which is what you get from the http://amiga.sf.net main page!
