This tool is a little tool for programmers. It can only be
started from Shell. It allocates as much memory as it can
except a rest of <SIZE> KBytes.

Template: SIZE/N,TYPE

SIZE: The rest of memory you wish to have in KBytes.
TYPE: The type of memory: ANY, PUBLIC, CHIP OR FAST
