diskreader.asm and adfreader.asm are simple to use pieces of code to write
programs that make file-images of disks for HD installers.

Documentation is in HTML (index.html).

Changes in this version:
- diskreader now complains if it can't access the intended drive
- diskreader now complains if it can't save a file to disk
- Captain Planet example doesn't make enforcer hits any more
