This program fixes Enforcer-Hits, that may occur from badly designed
HD-Controller-Software, which does not AutoConfig (TM), but hits its
hardware directly. Most prominent boards are the 'Omti'-board of the
german computer magazine c't and the evolution controllers Rev. 2.x
