What it is: Patch for some function of the EGS Workbench emulation,
            thereby dramatic increase of speed regarding `Put Pixels`,
            `Draw Circles` and `Draw Ellipse` (see `WSpeed`, an
            Intuition Benchmark tool).

Installation: Run it from user-startup, after EGSConfig.

Attention: maximum Screen heigth is 1400 pixels, maximum Screen width
           is not affected.
