Well, sadly rtgmaster V38 is not yet ready for release. But i was noted
that rtgCGX.library of V37 package has a SERIOUS bug, so i had to release
it somehow. Somehow i linked the wrong Object file together when doing V37
version... now i fixed it.

I decided i HAD to release it, as rtgmaster V37 would not work at all on
CGX... but as V38 is not yet ready for release i uploaded it as a small
update package... i also included latest versions of the other sublibs.

As little extra i also included a .lib-File for rtgmaster for vbcc-WarpOS,
the new PPC Compiler. This rtgm.lib is still Beta, it does not yet include
the PPC-Native functions of rtgmaster, only the 68k ones. A more complete
rtgm.lib will be included with the next real release of rtgmaster.

Sorry for this bug... but well, sometimes things like this happen. And
are fixed fast, happily :)

The next version will then come again as usual, rtgmaster_user.lha and
rtgmaster_dev.lha, as soon as it is done.

V38 also fixes a small bug for RtgSetFont, which appeared in all Sublibraries.
Now that should be all bugs removed :)
