This is a version of some old game called "Tank," where two players take
turns shooting at each other over a range of hills.  This version is two
players only, but has a bunch of options (wind str and dir, obstacles, and
some other neat stuff).  

The doc file is powerpacked, by the way.  View with ppmore or something
like it.
