Introduction

 When using UFO_Cheat_Util you can configure the following things to your
 saved game files:

 * Time Units trough Psionic Skill
 * Funds
 * Elerium-115
 * Rank
 * Armour
 * Make dead soldiers alive
 * Heal wounded soldiers

 UFO_Cheat_Util has a very easy-to-use interface consisting of a simple GUI
 (Graphical User Interface). It also have on-line help which I recommend you
 to read (look at).
