qclock v1.1 - v1.0 by mrq, 1998.  modifications to v1.1 by caf, 2000

hi, this is my "brilliant" timekeeping program - it provides you
time in the the same form you'd get if for example, you asked
a friend "what's the time?".  need to know more?  just try it out :)
