What the #@$% is GIFsplit ?

GIFsplit splits GIF animations into individual GIF frames. 

 Usage:- GifSplit infile outfile [V=VERBOSE] [D#=DIGIT#]
         eg. GifSplit GifAnim.GIF Pic. D6

Setting the digit format to 0 (D0) will disable digit formating.
Use double quotes ("") for the outfile name if you only want frame
numbers for the file names.
