A utility to convert IFF pictures or brushes to source (C or assembly).
The bitplanes, mask, colormap and image are written to a file.  You can
convert multiple files at once.  Supports new 2.0 AppIcon windows (like
IconEd).  AmigaDOS 2.0 only.
