ST2IFF converts Atari ST picture files to IFF ILBM format.
Contains executables for the Amiga and Windows 95/98/NT.
Supports: NEOchrome (.NEO)
DEGAS (.PI1, .PI2, .PI3)
DEGAS Elite (.PI1, .PI2, .PI3)
DEGAS Elite Compressed (.PC1, .PC2, .PC3)
Supports all three resolutions (low, medium and high) but does not retain colour
cycling information (I didn't require it).
Full C source and file formats provided.
