This is one of my plugins for ArtEffect2/3+.

It is nothing impressive.
It is written to help me in my daily work, and this is mostly the
enhancement and correction of scanned, monochrome (or few-color)
images.

Eraser, does just what its name suggest, it erases the complete picture to
the selected color.
At least the part not covered by a mask (read stencil).

It does very, very much the same than the eraser tool when hitting erase
image. Still speed things up for me by sparing come mouseclicks.
