This is one of my plugins for ArtEffect2/3+.

Glow generates glowing luminous effects as seen quite often in TV nowadays.
Many options, so make sure to read usage.
The plugin was written nearly a year ago, when the effect was not that known.
Well, to late now to be revolutionary new :) But it is still one of my
favorites.

Glow has a close relative: DarkGlow.
