PURPOSE:
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
I wanted a palette-changer that opened on the frontmost screen, even
if it wasn't public, and had the look and feel of the ReqTool requester
so I could use the keyboard etc.
Couldn't find one so I wrote this in 15 minutes or so.
