TAPDL 1.4 plays version 1, 2 and 3 DL files. It requires a 68020
    CPU or better, KS2.0 or better, ReqTools, and XPK. It will use a
    Picasso II graphics board if one is present.

    1.5 fixes some bugs and improves the speed on the Picasso.


    MAKEDL 1.1 creates version 2 DL files. It requires KS2.0 or better
    and iff.library.
