Does the same as ApplyPPF.exe (DOS), PPF-O-MATIC (WIN) or ppf4linux
(Linux/x86): It applies a V1.0/2.0 PPF-patch (trainer, PAL/NTSC
selector, ...) to a PSX image file.

Use MakeCD (other burner software untested, but may work, too) in
"Raw Block Contents" mode to generate the image file, then start
AmiPPF. The patch file contains a checksum to test whether the
image generation worked properly or not.

AmiPPF supports the following ToolTypes:

    PSX_PATH    default path to PSX image files
    PPF_PATH    default path to PPF patches

The lenght test for the PSX image file is disabled due to the
different formats of CD-R Win and MakeCD.
