This is a straight port of the lha version available on aminet, 
the only modification I've made to it is to set the default
compression ratio to -lh5- instead of the "new" (and unsupported by
Boberg's lha) -lh6-.

The main difference from the AmigaOS lha is that you cannot specify
the output dir as the last commandline argument, you should cd to
the destination dir before unpacking or use -w<destdir> to force it.
