This utility sets the skip mode bit in Rev. G Ramsey of A4000(T),
switching motherboard RAM access time from 80 ns to 60 ns.
 You can run SpeedRamsey from Startup-Sequence or you can load it as
resident RomTag with a program like LoadModule (by Thomas Richter and
Etienne Vogt). If you own a flash memory card like Algor or Kickflash,
you can also load SpeedRamsey into FlashROM of course.
 DON'T USE THIS PROGRAM UNLESS YOU HAVE 60 NS OR FASTER RAM INSTALLED.
USE IT ON YOUR OWN RISK.
