IBrowse 2.4 introduced nice hand pointer above links but unfortunately
pointer is almost completely white and nearly impossible to be seen
against white background. This patch remedies problem by patching
SetWindowPointerA() function in Intuition and setting better pointer
colour for IBrowse.
