NewWriteChunkyPixels V2.0

Sets the gfx/WriteChunkyPixels for OS3.0++ Systems without a Graphics-board.
When using NOCLIPPING it's writing directly to the Screen, no clipping,
and only to Byte-boundaries, this could eventually result in slight
Graphical "Bugs".
