welcome is a little utility that displays a message when you
bootstrap your Amiga. You can run it from your startup-sequence
and tell it how many seconds to wait displaying the selected
message. The standard message -when you run welcome without any
parameter- is ' Welcome to Amiga! ' (if you have used an Apple
Mac you probably are familiar with this message).
