Bugfix to version 2.2.

CX is an Exchange clone, but offers you more functions
and a better graphical user interface. Here are some
of its features:

- controllable with mouse, keys and menues
- fontsensitive
- localized (english, german)
- ARexx port included
- kill/disable all commodities at once or just the
  selected one
- sizeable (if you want)
- public screen suport (should now work correctly)

Bug fixed:
- Didn't crash anymore when closing the window

Problems:
CX doesn't checks if you use the right catalog. So
be sure, that you removed the old catalog from
memory (terminate CX and then free the memory with
avail flush).
