This is a simple commodity which uses DPMS levels in Cybergraphx to switch off
vesa standard monitors.
I made this because you can use other screen blankers at the same time as this one.
It only detects input from mouse and keyboard.
You can set two DPMS levels "standby" or "off"
You can also set cx priority and delay in seconds.
It brings default publicscreen to front and shuts the monitor off.
