This program is a clone of ObtainBetterPen (sorry  forgot  author's  name).
Its advantage is that you can define the precision.

Just call it in you startup-sequence before IPrefs as follows:

    RUN >NIL: OBPP PRECISION <precision>

Where <precision> is one of

    · EXACT
    · ICON
    · IMAGE
    · GUI

It was not very much tested but seems to work ...
