Replaces util/cli/DoIcon16.*
DoIcon is an icon information and manipulation tool.
It is designed for quick shell usage and can be used
with DirOpus-like programs.
Version 1.7 comes with some new/improved (and bugfixed :-))
functions.
New 'svenska' and 'italiano' catalog included and an
italian version of the DoIcon.guide.
With DoIcon you can modify nearly every icon value you want!
