KillOpus V1.1

Sometimes DOpus 4.x crashes, dunno why.
If you start another one Rexx-Commands wont
work etc .. This should solve the problem.
First tries to end DOpus with ARexx, then
kills all DOpus 4.x resources in Memory
(Tasks, Port, Screens, Windows).
Also for Configopus.

Needs OS3++
