A "Reminder" type program for your startup-sequence.  Each time you boot,
Harridan will check your event list, if an event is 'due', Harridan opens
a window to remind you.  If nothing is 'due', you're not bothered.  Designed
under Amiga DOS 2.04 and takes advantage of all it's easy to use features.
