o Offers both mode and task/screen specific promotion.
o Supports utilization of BestModeID() function to find best suitable mode.


Editor:

o Style conform external preferences editor.
o Localized, font-sensitive user interface.
o Saves preferences to IFF configuration file.


New for 2.0:

o The new prefs file format now includes modenames - so the preferences could
  optionally be loaded using modenames instead of IDs. (very useful for
  graphicboards with changing modeIDs)
o The editor now also supports CLI options.
o The modelists display full modenames (not excluding monitor name).
o Some minor changes in the GUI layout.
o Some more error messages.
o Safer patch removal.
o PPrefs is now WB-startable and could be removed from editor.
o Now also patches QueryOverscan() to return dimensions of promoted screens.
o Stack is swapped for BestModeID() function.
