This utility creates a random number within the specified range
(e.g between 1000 and 25312 or 1.001 and 2.321). It uses several sources
to create the random number. This utility can be used in startup-sequences
on amigas without clocks and it will produced a different number every time.

This archive includes source and examples of how to use it to display
random backdrop patterns on bootup.
