xPackIt is a CLI only program to crunch and decrunch file using the XPK
libraries.

     - Docs stated that xPackIt was a PowerPacker utility rather
       than a xpk utility (fixed).

     - Specifing 'xPackIt file copy' on a file that could not be
       be packed was not working (fixed).

     - Uses utility library functions now
