This program is intended for rexx developers which e.g. want to check if their script
set a clip to the correct value or if it reacts properly on a specific value.
It was coded in some hours (with days of pause inbetween ;) out of a suggestion
from a mate of mine (GeRonImO - Kuang 11 developer, the greatest AmIRC script ever
IMHO :)
No Installer script as i actually never tried to write one till now, but any serious
coder knows where to put exe + catalogs into :)
Yes, before noone realizes, it is localized, english is built-in, german and french
catalog are included (thanks again to GeRo for the quick translation :)
