A macro for adding formatting to Final Writer bibliographies, endnotes, and
tables of illustrations.

Final Writer does not allow the insertion of formatting (italics, underlining,
or bold) in its automatically-created bibliography, endnote, and table of
illustrations sections. As a bibliography without italics or underlining is
unacceptable for any sort of professional work, I wrote a quick and dirty
macro to allow permanent formatting information to be included with these
sections.
