 | | RndWBPic randomly selects a new Workbench background picture for you when
you reboot.
Features:
- Easy to configure. You only need to tell it which directory you keep your
  pictures.
- Moves the last used picture to a backup directory to make sure that you
get a different picture at each reboot. When is has used all your pictures
it moves them back and starts all over again.
- All the moving of pictures is done using rename(), so it's pretty fast.
- If you also want the pictures to appear in the Workbench windows RndWBPic
  handles this too.
- It patches wbpattern.prefs directly so it's possible to use it from eg. a
ToolManager dock to select a new random background picture anytime you
  like.
- And you can also tell it to load a specific picture, great for testing a
  new background picture.
