This is a script intended for launch-handler (URL Prefs) on OS4.
It allows file:/// addresses to be opened by Workbench.

On older releases of the OS (needs OS3.5+) you might want to
uncomment the marked section, then it can be called from the Shell
or from openurl.library.

For launch-handler, add to URL Prefs' FILE tab with the following:
 * Client name: WORKBENCH
 * Client path: Rexx:WBOpenURL.rexx
 * Commandline: "*"%s*""
