Buffers V39.8
=============
This tool is a replacement for the OS3 "AddBuffers" command.
Can be made resident.
Usage:
DRIVE/A, BUFFERS/N

Examples:
1> Buffers DH0:
DH0: has 4000 buffers
1> Buffers DH0: 1000
DH0: has 5000 buffers
1> Buffers DH0: -1000
DH0: has 4000 buffers

Useful for WinUAE/AIAM, which allocs only 50 Buffers for drives,
Put a 
Buffers SYS: 3950 >NIL:
at the beginning of the "Startup-Sequence", this will speed up
things a lot.
