With the advent of the new translator.library v42 there appeared a bug
in the Speak-Handler. The international characters above 127 were removed
by the old Speak-Handler. In the documentation for his spanish accent
,mr Juan Carlos Pérez Walls, mentions this bug. I then decided to make
a new Speak-Handler and fix this bug. This is it!
