Allows reading the current directory by commanding VIEWDIR "".  Displays a
listing of the specified directory with the total bytes at the bottom and
the description of the file types next to each file.  Also includes a
"version string" to allow a DOS 2.0 VERSION command to read.  This is
version 2.1 an update to the version on disk 358.  Assembler source
included.
