MemWatch is a little memory-monitor that can display the memory
in text and/or graphical gauges. The font is user-defined and the
gauges can be horisontal or vertical with user-defined height!

There is also a zoom-option which raises the resolution of the
gauges to be able to watch small changes in memory-usage.

The refresh-rate is also user-defined and will be automatically
temporary doubled if the memory changes often and halved if the
memory is not changed in a longer while!

Configuration is in the icon but I will maybe design a GUI
sometime in a future..
